1. Digital Services Only
JodiFinder.com provides digital matchmaking and connection-based services. Since we do not sell physical products, the traditional return process does not apply.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
2.1 Duplicate Payment
If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate payment.
2.2 Payment Failure
If the amount is deducted from your bank/wallet but the service was not activated, we will verify the transaction and process the refund accordingly.
2.3 Service Not Delivered
If a paid feature (such as premium matchmaking or profile boost) was not activated within the promised time, you may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- User is not satisfied with matches or profile responses (as results vary by user activity and preferences).
- User misuses the platform or violates our Terms & Conditions.
- Profile is found to be fake or incomplete.
- Service subscription has already been used or partially used.
- Refund request made after the allowed time window.
4. Refund Request Time Frame
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.
5. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within:
- 5–7 business days for UPI and wallet payments
- 7–10 business days for bank/card payments
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
